Most brides book 6 to 12 months in advance.
Yana’s Beauty Studio accepts a limited number of weddings per season to maintain an exclusive experience.
Currently accepting bookings for this year. Next year’s calendar will open in late August.
Early inquiries are welcome — a waiting list is available for early access.
Yes. To ensure a personalized and dedicated experience, Yana’s Beauty Studio requires a minimum of two services per booking.
This can be a combination of hair and makeup services for the bride or bridal party.
Bridal trials and flower girl services do not count toward the service minimum.
A firm service count is required at the time of booking to ensure proper scheduling and artist availability.
While Yana’s Beauty Studio will do its best to accommodate additional services, reductions to the agreed service count are not permitted after the contract is signed.
Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 60 days before the scheduled event.
Changes requested within 60 days of the event will require full payment as per the terms of the contract.
Please contact Yana’s Beauty Studio as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options. Additional fees may apply.
No, all deposits are non-refundable.
They are required to secure your date and ensure full commitment from Yana’s Beauty Studio.
TRIAL
A trial is highly recommended, though not required. It provides an invaluable opportunity to refine your bridal look and ensure complete confidence on your wedding day.
Yana’s Beauty Studio advises scheduling the trial approximately three- four months before the event.
Bridal trials at Yana’s Beauty Studio are exclusively reserved for confirmed bookings.
Due to high demand and limited availability, soft holds or trials without a signed contract and deposit are not offered.
Trials are conducted at Yana’s Beauty Studio, located near San Francisco City Hall.
The studio offers a serene and private space, allowing for a truly personalized beauty experience.
WEDDING DAY
Start times are based on when you and your bridal party need to be fully ready.
Yana’s Beauty Studio will create a personalized schedule to ensure a smooth morning.
Please plan for:
1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes per service (hair or makeup) for each bridal party member.
Approximately 1 hour 30 minutes per service (hair or makeup) for the bride.
Earlier ceremonies will require an earlier start.
For the most relaxed and seamless experience, Yana’s Beauty Studio recommends scheduling the bride second or third to last — but never last.
This allows extra time for final touches and ensures the bride feels calm, refreshed, and picture-perfect before the ceremony.
Services & travel
On average, a full bridal hair and makeup service requires 2.5 to 3 hours.
Each look is customized, and timing can vary based on the chosen styles and intricacy.
Yana’s Beauty Studio provides a carefully curated, professional-grade kit designed for longevity and flawless photography.
However, clients with specific skin sensitivities or product preferences are welcome to discuss these details during the trial session.
Yana personally creates a full bridal look, combining both hair and makeup for each bride to ensure a seamless and polished appearance.
For bridal parties — including bridesmaids, mothers, and guests — individual services (hair or makeup only) are available upon request.
Yes. Yana’s Beauty Studio offers Full-Day Service options, which include touch-ups, assistance during the photoshoot, and look changes for the evening reception.
This service is charged hourly and can be included in your personalized proposal.
Yes. Yana personally provides services for up to four clients.
For larger bridal parties, a trusted assistant will join the team to ensure all services are delivered smoothly and on time.
Yes. Yana’s Beauty Studio is available for travel beyond San Francisco.
Travel fees apply and will be clearly outlined in your customized quote based on location.
Please arrive with clean, dry hair and freshly cleansed, moisturized skin.
Detailed preparation guidelines will be provided prior to the event to ensure the best possible results.
Booking Policies
A signed contract and a non-refundable deposit are required to officially secure your wedding date. Yana’s Beauty Studio is unable to hold dates without both.
Booking Confirmation
Payments can be made via Venmo, Zelle, or invoice.
The remaining balance must be settled either by the agreed date stated in the contract prior to the event day or immediately after the service is completed.
Delayed or partial payments are not accepted. Full payment is required to finalize services.
Payments
Services performed outside of the standard service area will incur a travel fee.
Travel charges will be clearly communicated in your personalized proposal based on location and distance.

Appointments requiring an early start before 8:00 AM are subject to an additional early start fee.
